Where's our response? Who is telling Congress and the president and the nation, loudly, that plastics aren't toxic, with comparative numbers for alternates regarding greenhouse gases and their effect on warming, and explaining the reasons for our negative popular image: synthetic/unnatural/humanipulated, discomfort with chemistry and science in general as they must reject the make-believe (hope) that we learn in childhood and need for sanity.
