NewCo Plastics, a unit of private equity firm White Wolf Capital, has acquired injection molder and mold maker PM Mold Co. for an undisclosed price.
Based in Schaumburg, Ill., PM Mold is a vertically integrated manufacturer of custom injection molded parts and custom molds. PM Mold has provided manufacturing services from product design to final shipment in industries such as automotive, electrical, consumer products, agriculture and aerospace and defense for almost 60 years.
Miami-based White Wolf formed NewCo in July 2021 as an acquisition platform for North American injection molding firms with annual sales of $5 million to $50 million. NewCo's first acquisition was Hilco Plastics Holdings LLC, an injection molder in Grand Rapids, Mich., which White Wolf first invested in in 2012.
"Through our partnership with NewCo, we expect PM Mold to continue its positive momentum in providing the right resources and vision to expand our operational capabilities and customer base, which will take our business to the next level," PM Mold President Larry Hauck said in a news release.
White Wolf Managing Director Elie Azar added that the partnership with PM Mold "will not just expand NewCo's service offering, but further solidifies its manufacturing footprint across the Midwest."
