1Blow SA, the French maker of stretch blow molding machinery, has sold its 100th machine after being in business for eight years — and the company is gearing up for K 2019.
1Blow will running a machine at its booth in Hall 14, Stand 870.
The blow molding press will be equipped with three new options.
A preferential and offset heating technology kit, that is flexible so it can produce extreme oval containers — even in opaque colors — and also significantly offset neck containers, a type of container the company says was once though impossible to make in the reheat stretch blow molding process.
Another new feature is the tiered access system, developed in response to customer demand. This user control option is a multi-color key fob combined with a sensor-reader at the control station. The system can be programmed to give the user access to as much or as little of the controls needed.
Through cooperation with Delta Engineering, 1Blow has incorporated the Model UDK 45X leak detection system inside the machine frame.
