Chudleigh Sutch UK Ltd., a supplier of injection molding, automation, and process control and cooling systems, signed an agreement with Stork Plastics Machinery BV to distribute their range of injection molding machines in North and South America.
Based in Hengelo, The Netherlands, Stork manufactures 200- to 2,000-ton injection molding machines ranging with a focus on the packaging market.
Chudleigh Sutch will invest in growing the Dutch machine maker’s business in North and South America, in part by developing a local service and sales network, according to a news release announcing the agreement.
Founded in 1978, Chudleigh Sutch provides manufacturing machines and equipment for the food and beverage and plastics industries, including materials handling and treatment, process cooling and control, post-mold automation and factory automation.
Chudleigh Sutch and Stork have been working together since 2016, according to Benjamin Sutch, managing partner at Chudleigh Sutch.
“Stork IMM presents a powerful value proposition for customers looking for industry-leading and fast-running injection molding machines for packaging applications,” Sutch said in the release. “We believe the Americas present a tremendous growth opportunity for Stork IMM and we look forward to developing their business throughout the region.”
The agreement with Chudleigh Sutch will let Stork continue to expand its international partnerships, according to Stork CEO Oscar de Gruijter.
“With more than 40 years of industry knowledge and extensive experience in the American markets they bring the enthusiasm for the Stork IMM brand we are looking for,” Gruijter said in the release.
Chudleigh Sutch is hiring sales representatives in both North and South America. For more information, email [email protected] or call +44 (0) 7575 885585.
