Delhi — Thermal engineering firm Electrowarm Industrial Solutions (Elinso) introduced proprietary technology that it says reduces manufacturing waste for processors of a wide range of products from consumer goods to infrastructure.
Called ElecSys, Elinso says the technology is helping companies mold a greener future by reducing their production waste by 15 percent through better heat management using industrial heaters.
Elinso says its products lose less heat during the first two hours of the production cycle, which helps machinery reach required temperatures quickly and reduces the carbon footprint of the production life cycle.
The company was founded in 2016 and has a customer base that includes Tupperware, Toyota, Bosch and Sumitomo Rubber Industries, according to its website.
Elinso says its customers produce 1 million tons of plastic products every year and by meeting close to 10 percent of their industrial heater requirements, the company has contributed to reducing greenhouse emission by close to 1.6 million kilograms a year. The equivalent to the amount of oxygen produced by almost 13,000 trees in a year, the company adds.
