Yizumi-HPM Corp is rolling out three new series of injection molding machines and a full line of linear robots and will display the machines and robots at an open house Oct. 30 at its technical center in Iberia, Ohio.
The FF-N Series of servo-electric presses are designed for North America. The FF-N series will offer seven new models in clamping forces of 135-500 tons, with shot sizes from 2-80 ounces. The presses are standard with a fully integrated servo-hydraulic power pack to manage carriage movements, cores and ejectors. Yizumi-HPM applies its own SDC (servo direct control) technology for speed and pressure control, delivering high-speed, closed-loop response times.
The PAC-K Series is the next generation of packaging machines, designed for North America. It comes in three sizes, of 275, 385 and 500 tons, with available shot sizes from 7-24 ounces. The PAC-K presses are servo hydraulic machines that do not depend on hydraulic accumulators, but still deliver injection speeds up to 23 inches a second. The high-speed clamping unit uses a negative-angle toggle with linear bearing guides, no tie bar bushings, ultra-rigid platens and a high-response servo pump proportional valve hydraulic system, according to the company.
The DP-N Multi-Pro Series of two-platen injection molding machines comes in wide-ranging multi-material configurations. Different injection units can be combined to inject different materials.
Yizumi-HPM also has announced a full line of YR Series beam robots and pickers, available on all its machines, including high-speed and dual-arm applications. All robots used a fully closed-loop control system and a standard color touch screen.
