ALPS Inspection conducted an employee survey regarding its values and culture in August 2022 and found that the team considers it a "cooperative, appreciative, passionate, honest and fair" place to work. Teamwork and integrity were the top workplace values.
Founded in 1974, ALPS Inspection of Oak Creek, Wis., a suburb of Milwaukee, manufactures systems for nondestructive leak testing of containers and packages.
Employees also said they appreciate the "family-type environment," "flexibility and work-life balance" and "constant feedback with a clear path of career progression." Service awards, employee appreciation picnics, off-site annual kickoff meetings at various destination locations, group outings to local sporting events and Halloween costume contests are among the entertaining activities for team members.
