The Association of Plastics Recyclers is scheduling a series of webinars in the weeks and months ahead.
The trade group indicated sessions are slated for 2 p.m. eastern time April 26, May 31 and June 21.
Next week's webinar is on the "Continued Expansion of APR's MPG Recognition Program: Creating Packaging That is Circular by Design."
That's followed by "Plastics Recycling Myth Busters: Promoting Fact Based Information From Industry Experts," on May 31, and "Boosting Demand for Recycled Plastics: Diverse Applications for PCR and the Myth of 'Downcycling,'" on June 21.
"Our industry continues to experience significant developments, progress, and challenges," APR CEO Steve Alexander said in a statement. "APR's core priorities are increasing supply, enhancing the quality, expanding the demand, and communicating the value of recycled plastics. These webinars highlight the knowledge and expertise needed to focus on solutions and facts that will contribute to the growth of plastics recycling."
