Building materials company Atlas Roofing Corp. has acquired Arlington, Texas-based molded polystyrene manufacturer StarRFoam.
The deal between the two manufacturers was announced Feb. 13. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"StarRFoam shares our growth vision and more importantly our focus on people," Ken Farrish, president of Atlas Roofing, said in the release. "We are very optimistic about the impact of our new team members and enhanced capabilities and about what we can do for our customers and our industry."
