Coles has been a part of the rotomolding industry since the 1980s and has worked for Italian polyethylene producer EniChem.
During the past 38 years, he has presented at various conferences in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and the U.S. His presentations usually highlight and demonstrate the new technology and progress in the industry.
Thirty-two years ago he founded Matrix Polymers in the United Kingdom with Nick Henwood, another Hall of Famer from the class of 2022. The company is a material supplier that is focused on rotomolding with locations throughout three continents and over 250 employees.
Coles contributes to RotoWorld magazine and writes mostly about energy efficiency and developing young talent to support the future. He has created conversations around various topics including issues of recycling, plastic pollution and environmental impact.
