DuPont Co.'s transportation and industrial (T&I) division will showcase “cutting-edge solutions and technology innovation” during K 2019 later this year in Germany.
The company will present solutions for “ground-breaking product applications” in the areas of advanced mobility, enabled connections and smarter healthcare, said DuPont in a June 25 statement.
DuPont will introduce its "ahead" (accelerating hybrid-electric autonomous driving) initiative, which it launched in October 2018 to combine its customer-solutions and materials-technology capabilities for electrical vehicle (EV) applications.
“We see a future where tomorrow’s cars will be electric, autonomous, shared and connected to each other and the world. Today at DuPont, we’re bringing our long automotive heritage, expertise and materials capabilities together to meet the industry’s future needs,” the company said.
DuPont will also offer products to further enable connectivity during the eight-day event, Oct. 16-23 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
“We’re creating solutions that enable devices to be smaller, thinner and lighter designed with more reliable and sustainable components to allow better connections,” the company added.
Healthcare solutions, such as personalized or connected medicine, will also be on display by DuPont in Hall 6 Stand C43.
