Auxiliary equipment maker Piovan Group has announced a change in leadership including a new regional CEO.
John G. Erkert, a long-time Piovan employee, has been named the new regional CEO for North America effective May 1.
"I am deeply committed to building on the strong foundation laid by my predecessors and working with our talented team to drive innovation, growth, and value for our customers and employees — Piovan core values," Erkert said in a news release.
Erkert has been with the group for 29 years. He previously served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
Current CEO Kirk Winstead is retiring effective June 14, after 36 years with Piovan.
"I am immensely proud of what we have achieved during my time at Piovan Group. As I step into retirement, I am confident that John is the right leader to steer the company and organization to even greater heights," Winstead said.
