Frandsen Corp. is acquiring a long-time injection molder, JD Products Inc. of Minnesota, that's been owned by the same family for half a century.
JD Products, based in Vadnais Heights, Minn, was founded by James Denney Sr. in 1974 and has remained in the Denney family until now.
Frandsen already owns three manufacturing sites in Minnesota: Plastech Corp., Industrial Netting and Miller Manufacturing. Plastech is an injection molder, Industrial Netting converts plastic netting, and Miller Manufacturing makes farm, ranch and pet products.
