Nashville, Tenn. — With an eye toward growth in its adhesives, coatings and sealants business unit that includes PVC roofing systems, Holcim Building Envelope has named Lauren Pagano as senior vice president of the division.
The unit that Pagano will lead includes the Duro-Last vinyl roofing business it acquired in 2023 along with the Gaco, Elevate, Malarkey Roofing Products, GenFlex and Enverge brands.
"As our business grows, we continue to focus on bringing innovative and sustainable building solutions to the market, and we are pleased to have Lauren assume the important role of spearheading the strategic direction of the ACS business," said Jamie Gentoso, president of Holcim Building Envelope and global head of Holcim Solutions and Products. "There are many opportunities to expand in our current markets and beyond, and we believe Lauren is uniquely qualified to lead this strategic business to new heights."
Pagano will be responsible for strategy, marketing, sales, operations and technology, supply chain, customer service and planning for the ACS unit, which primarily serves the commercial, industrial and residential markets.
She most recently served as global business director at Trinseo, with previous executive roles at Worthington Industries, H.B. Fuller and James Hardie Building Products.
"Pagano brings a broad array of experience from across various facets of the building materials industry to her new role," Holcim stated in Feb. 8 release.
Holcim Building Envelope has nearly 4,000 employees and more than 40 operating facilities around the world.
In 2023, Holcim Solutions and Products comprised about 20 percent of net sales for the Swiss-multinational Holcim Group. Holcim has said it hopes to increase that to 30 percent of net sales by 2025.
