Westfall Technik Inc. named Mark Gomulka its new CEO, replacing founder Brian Jones.
Gomulka led Flex Ltd.'s medical and precision plastics operations for five years before joining Westfall as its senior vice president in January 2020, a Sept. 24 news release said.
"I am committed to the success of our customers and teammates," Gomulka said in the release. "I look forward to furthering our focus on flawless execution, integrated sales, and new capabilities, to attract the best new plastics technologies and talent to the Westfall family."
Gomulka also spent 15 years at Jabil Inc., formerly Nypro, in various global operational and leadership roles, it said. Jones worked with Gomulka at Jabil and at Flex.
"I've seen executives grow up in the plastics industry for a long time, and [Gomulka] knows better than anyone how to execute the integrated vision for Westfall," Jones said. "We've worked together closely for many years, and Mark has done a masterful job maturing the Westfall organization."
Las Vegas-based Westfall Technik manufactures products for the medical, consumer packaging and consumer goods markets. The company ranked tied for 44th in Plastics News' survey of North American injection molders with annual sales of $200 million.
