Milwaukee-based rotational molder Kracor Inc. is changing its name to Yamaha Marine Rotational Molders and has named John Augustiniak as its new general manager.
In 2017, Kracor's assets were acquired by Yamaha Motor Corp. U.S.A. and became part of the Yamaha Marine Systems Co.
Kracor has been in the rotomolding business for more than 50 years. The company makes parts for marine, industrial, medical, agriculture, waste, lawn and garden industries.
It was No. 86 in the most recent Plastics News ranking of North American rotomolders with an estimated $3 million in sales in the region.
Augustiniak has 30 years of experience in operational leadership, most recently as operations manager for Amazon's Texas and Wisconsin facilities.
He will be oversee manufacturing and logistics of the company's rotationally molded products and report to Bill Boehman, present of Yamaha Marine Systems Co. Inc. and Yamaha Jet Boat Manufacturing U.S.A. Inc.
