Grand Rapids, Mich.-based medical injection molder Medbio Inc. will merge Clinton, Mich.-based AIM Plastics and Orchard Park, NY.-based Polymer Conversions under its brand.
"The combined strengths of all our companies allows Medbio to offer you a vast array of solutions including design support, tooling, molding, assembly and packaging," Medbio said in a letter to customers March 4. "We are thrilled to have their capabilities and expertise contribute to the Medbio brand."
Medbio acquired AIM Plastics in 2019 and Polymer Conversions in 2020. Polymer Conversions has injection molding and silicone molding.
AIM has injection molding, two-shot and micro molding along with prototype tooling and clean room operations.
As of April 1, AIM Plastics will be known as Medbio Clinton Township and Polymer Conversions will be renamed Medbio Orchard Park.
Medbio is owned by private investment firm Graham Partners.
