Molded Dimensions acquires PCO Urethane

Port Washington, Wis. — Molded Dimensions is taking some of what it does best and, well, adding to it.

The Port Washington-based custom-molded rubber and polyurethane parts maker has acquired PCO Urethane, a Marshfield, Wis.-based maker of custom urethane parts including wheels, pipes, agricultural products and crane stops. The company serves customers in the agricultural, mining and manufacturing spheres.

With the addition of PCO Urethane, Molded Dimensions expands is product offerings and broadens its customer base.

"This acquisition is a tremendously exciting opportunity for our employees and our company expansion," Brian Sprinkman, Molded Dimensions CEO and president, said in a statement. "When you add what Molded Dimensions offers in rubber production to an expanded urethane capacity, we are well-positioned to appeal to a wide range of customers in industries that use molded parts and components."

In a news release, Molded Dimensions said it has seen a significant uptick in demand throughout the last few years, and the company is looking to increase its staffing levels to help meet that demand.
