"When I sit and think about my greatest achievement, it's hard for me to say because when I think of success, I think of it more of a people standpoint and a relationship standpoint. The people that I work with, that's why I come here every day — because of the people, the employees," said LaStacia Dalton in 2019.

"It really allows us to provide recycled content to some major consumer product companies," said Michael Plotzke in 2018. "It was a very small acquisition, but it gave us a lot of capability in that region for recycling content."

"I just felt like the ability to manufacture — see the outcome of a manufactured product each and every day — was something that, from an early-on stage in my career development, I always took pride in that and being part of that product manufactured and my efforts going into that," said Glenn Fish in 2017.

“Just by looking at stuff from a slightly different perspective, you can see obvious things that other people, who see it every day, just walk by,” said Paul Hogan in 2016.

“Being with a smaller company, you have to do that. I love it,” said Morgan Endecott in 2015. “I like to get involved in so many things; it keeps you growing. When I'm given another task … I look at it as a chance to do something new.”
