Tyngsborough, Mass.-based Tesco Associates Inc. boasts a culture of success that is driven by its "dedicated team members who are like a family."

Putting family first also means not having to worry about expensive medical bills. Tesco pays 100 percent of premiums for medical, dental and vision coverage for employees and their dependents.

"Deductibles are capped by our company, and our company pays or reimburses anything over the annual set cap for all employees. We also assist with medical expenses on a per-case basis," the company said.

Founded in 1980 as a plastics engineering consulting firm, Tesco Associates introduced injection molding capabilities five years after its original establishment to service its research and development consulting clients.

Its founder, G. Lawrence Thatcher, has decades of experience in the medical industry with a focus on bioabsorbable polymer processing and the development of toughened bioabsorbable systems and bioabsorbable composites.
