Traverse City, Mich. — Traverse City-based training specialists RJG Inc. (W3973) will be at NPE2024 with a new feature for its CoPilot-brand process control system called Max, the Process Advisor, which will be demonstrated with Sodick Co. Ltd (W3581).
The Max system uses artificial intelligence technology based on Master Molder-brand techniques to give molders real-time guidance to optimize injection molding processes.
The interface delivers step-by-step instructions for restoring a process to optimal performance. This empowers personnel on the floor, regardless of their experience, to handle process issues effectively, enabling them to make an immediate impact, according to an RJG news release.
NPE2024 attendees can see the CoPilot and Max systems on a press at Sodick's booth.
Matrix Tool also is teaming up with Sodick and RJG to showcase its technology, which includes the V-Line two-stage plunger system and unique, high-precision micromolds.
RJG staff will give presentations about the CoPilot at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. during the trade show with a focus on the Max and "how it can help molders bridge the skills gap and increase profitability," the release said.
The training specialists also will offer free presentations in their hospitality suite at W304EF.
In addition, at RJG's booth, attendees can get coupon codes for 20 percent off any public or online training course if they register during the week of NPE.
