Mexico City — Mexican rotational molder Grupo Rotoplas SAB de CV started operations at a new manufacturing plant in Managua, Nicaragua's capital, March 29.
The Mexico City-based company will supply Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama with water storage products from the facility, "with the aim of increasing market share," it said in a news release.
The new, solar-powered plant is in response to growing demand for Rotoplas products, the company said.
Rotoplas has manufacturing facilities across the Americas and has 27 products lines related to the water industry.
