Princeton, Ind.-based RPM Tool acquired Holzmeyer Die & Mold Mfg. Corp., also in Princeton, to expand production services and its workforce from five full-time employees to almost 30.
Founded in 2005, RPM Tool is a small-to-medium size machine shop that specializes in tight tolerance automation components.
Holzmeyer offers a variety of services from mold design and fabrication to die stamping, sonic welding and injection and insert molding.
RPM owner Matthew Robbins said the deal expands the acquirer's offerings to include injection molding, metal stamping, welding and assembly.
"We feel truly blessed to have this opportunity and are very thankful for the amazing employees of Holzmeyer that have decided to stick around and give RPM Tool a shot," Robbins said in a LinkedIn post.
