AM Stabilizers Corp. may be a small company, but it has global reach.

Founded in 2012, the company is a supplier of premium liquid and powder heat stabilizers for calendered films, wire and cable, vinyl flooring and more.

AM Stabilizers said its "most valued asset" is its employees. They remain with the company for an average of 10-25 years. Some have even been part of the team for more than 30 years.

The company has "consistently pushed the boundaries of excellence in PVC heat stabilizer manufacturing" and celebrates "significant milestones and achievements, including continuous improvements in quality and sustainability."

Work anniversaries are acknowledged with a certificate, gift and appreciation lunch with department supervisor. Similarly, birthdays include greeting cards with gift certificates for lunch. Other team activities include golf outings, donation drives for items in need and the Efficiency Olympics.

"AMS has always been very proactive about our people, taking care of people in a lot of different ways. Trainingwise, they've always been good at training and recommending for us to advance our education when we have the chance. We have a great group of [employees]. … Everybody is sort of equal here, so everybody's kind of pitching in just to get the work done. It's just a fun environment to work in. Everybody enjoys it. Everybody's backing each other up, and it's just fun when you have [employees] working together like that," said Mike Amsler, production superintendent, in a company video on YouTube.

Another employee in the video, Mike B., a supervisor, said he enjoys working with others at AM Stabilizers and describes the work environment as collaborative and forward-thinking.
