The first priority for both the employees and visitors of Morristown, Tenn.-based Colortech Inc. is safety.

A formal grievance procedure is in place to handle these issues. If an employee goes to their manager with a complaint or issue to be addressed, then they can complete a grievance form and submit it to human resources. If any employee does not feel comfortable discussing the issue with a supervisor or if HR is not present, then the employee can drop their form in to a box at the plant.

"We make sure that the employees understand that the documented grievances will be kept confidential," the company said.
