Linnie Haynesworth has joined the Board of Directors of Eastman Chemical Co.
Haynesworth most recently was sector vice president and general manager of the Cyber and Intelligence Mission Solutions Division for Northrop Grumman Corp.'s (NGC) Mission Systems Sector. In that role, she was responsible for multiple $1 billion-plus divisions.
Haynesworth has more than 30 years of experience in technology, including aerospace, intelligence and cybersecurity systems. She served as NGC's division vice president for Aerospace Products and led large space program efforts. Haynesworth also held senior-level roles at NGC in program management and supply chain and served as executive co-chair of NGC's Women in Leadership program.
In a news release, Eastman Chairman and CEO Mark Costa said that Haynesworth "is a proven executive business leader. … We look forward to benefiting from her unique skills and extensive experience."
In addition to her position on Eastman's board of directors, Haynesworth serves on the boards of Micron Technology Inc., Truist Financial Corp. and Automatic Data Processing Inc. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
Kingsport, Tenn.-based Eastman employs 14,000 worldwide and posted sales of $10.6 billion in 2022. The firm's products include Tritan-brand copolyester.
