Conventus Polymers LLC has named Jim Brickley as Director of Engineering, based in Charlotte, N.C. He will support the Eastern region in a range of industries. Brickley is a 28-year plastics industry veteran, starting his career in 1992 on the machine shop floor. He worked for 15 years at GE Plastics as a Senior Technical Development Engineer, Application Development Engineer, and Technical Sales Specialist. He lived in Detroit for 20 years and was instrumental in growing automotive sales through technical problem solving. Brickley earned degrees in Automotive, Mechanical, and Plastic Engineering all from Penn State University.
