Conventus Polymers LLC, a leading distributor of high-performance engineering thermoplastics, has announced the appointment of Jim Meegan as Exclusive Sales Agent, based in Hopedale, Mass. He will oversee new business development with OEMs and molders in the New England area.

Meegan is a 40-year plastics industry veteran who started his career as a process engineer with Engineered Plastics. He has held roles of increasing responsibility in plant management, application development, sales account management, sales management, and senior level management at Elkay Products, Celanese, and recently LEHVOSS North America.

Meegan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University.
