M. Holland has announced the promotion of Marc Fern as president and chief operating officer to support the company’s accelerated growth and the next phase of its evolution. Fern is a company veteran of 26 years and member of M. Holland’s board of directors. He has risen through M. Holland’s ranks, serving in multiple sales leadership roles and most recently as executive vice president, commercial. As president and COO, Fern will oversee the company’s commercial, operations, marketing, and innovation and technology departments. He will focus on leading the company to advance organizational growth and meet evolving customer needs.
