Conventus Polymers LLC has announced the appointment of Stephen Gurchinoff as Application Development Engineer, based in Milwaukee, Wisc. He will oversee ongoing commercial projects with OEMs and molders in the Midwest, as well as support a number of special projects. Gurchinoff was formerly a sales development manager for the automotive, industrial, and environmental markets at Solvay Specialty Polymers. He completed his undergraduate studies in plastics engineering at Ferris State University and holds graduate degrees in Engineering Management and New Product Development from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
