Lori Schaefer-Weaton, president of the industrial blow molder of large parts in Fairfield, Iowa, received the Jim Lindenmayer Leadership Award from Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, Iowa. The award recognizes individuals for their successes and accomplishments, their service to Indian Hills and their loyalty to the college.
