Carlos Perez Gautrin has been appointed as Associated Partner at CBA Cross Border Associates where he is responsible for the CBA practice in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Sacramento. He focuses on M&A, Corporate Tax and Business Law for Innovation Technology clients. Carlos obtained his JD degree from University of Sonora and holds his LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law, and Graduate degrees in Business and Tax Law from Universidad Panamericana.
