Thanks to a modified plasticizing unit, even poorly flowing materials like regrind can be processed more easily, safely, and consistently. The plasticizing components, constructed from high abrasion- and corrosion-resistant materials, can withstand temperatures up to 350°C. Additionally, wear-resistant welded flights ensure an extended service life for the plasticizing unit and optimize conveying and melting behavior.
