In March, Plastiblow established a presence in the Americas by opening a spare parts and service center in Miami, called Plastiblow North America LLC, along with distributor partner Plastec USA Inc.
In the U.S. market, Bekum has completed an expansion in Williamston, adding 40,000 square feet of production and 7,400 square feet of offices.
"We've kind of topped out or maxed out on how fast we can go. So, this one goes the other way and starts playing with cavitation," said Ron Gabriele, Jomar's sales and marketing manager.
Kautex Maschinenbau GmbH showcased no equipment at its booth at K 2022. Instead it focused on what its machines can do, such as converting scrapped fishing nets into watering cans.
Czech blow molding machine maker GDK is using a European factory that formerly made Uniloy machines, and discussed plans to expand its product line at K 2022.
