Polystyrene foam has taken another body blow from McDonald's Corp., which famously abandoned the PS clamshell burger package way back in 1990. Today's target: the PS foam hot-drink cup.
VANCOUVER, WASH. -- Approximately 275 people dropped off 3,000 pounds of polystyrene foam on Jan. 5, at the first recycling event of the year in Clark County, Wash.
