Material Insights: EPA may study vinyl chloride risks

The Environmental Protection Agency may soon launch a risk evaluation of vinyl chloride, a process that could take several years, after environmental groups pointed to the February rail car derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, as a reason for urgent action. Also, Plastics News is showing another price decrease for recycled resin.
