About 45 percent of the 55,000 people expected at NPE2024 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., May 6-10 will be first-time attendees.
They've probably already been warned to wear comfortable shoes, but organizers say the real key to getting the most out of North America's largest plastics trade show is to spend enough time to really explore everything in the three halls.
"If you're an attendee and you have two days to spend here, then take the two days," says Daniele Fresca of the Plastics Industry Association. "Obviously target the people that you want to see, but walk the halls, go up and down the rows.
"There's a lot of really cool stuff here."
